Hey, I’m Gabe.

I'm Gabriel Van Metre, an IT technician, volunteer firefighter, and dad of three who’s always loved figuring out how things work—especially computers and networks. Helping people solve problems has been a constant theme in my life, whether that’s troubleshooting tech issues, supporting a team, or showing up when it matters most.

I was born in Charleston, WV, spent my teen years in Tampa, FL, and eventually settled in western Kentucky, where I graduated from Murray State University and now call Paducah home. Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, cooking, making music, and spending time with my kids. I take pride in being dependable, curious, and always open to learning something new.
